POSITION : - Company : International investment company - Location of the job : Vietnam – HCMC - Department of the job : Financial services Department - Job of N+1 : Manager of financial services - N-1 : None - Team composition : 5 people |

MAIN MISSION : - to follow up the investments of the portfolio, - to analyze and regularly present their performance, their key business factors and their sectors, - to contribute to the Holding NAV calculation |

REQUIRED SKILLS : - Education / diploma : Master degree in Accounting and Finance, CFA would be appreciated Studies or work experience abroad necessary - Expected technical skills : Enterprisefinance: familiar with financial statements: balance sheet, income statements, cash flow statements and business structure of a company (experience of auditor or financial controller appreciated). Market finance:familiar with financial markets concepts and technics, company valuation methods (DCF, peer comparison, multiples…). Presentation : ability to present the analysis through powerpoint presentations - Expected personal skills: organization, hard work, synthesis ability, good communication skills, autonomy, to share issues and suggest solutions, strong team spirit, ability to respect our values : professionalism, enthusiasm, solidarity, assuming responsibility. - Languages:English and French fluent necessary - IT:Bloomberg knowledge highly appreciated. |

MAIN DUTIES: - In charge of accounting books for subsidiaries under Singapore, Vietnamese and Hong Kong GAAP - Prepare their monthly and annual financial statements - Monitor bank accounts for subsidiaries and others of holdings company - Responsible for back office document of subsidiaries and holdings company related to duties of FS Dept. |
